We were planning to go to Blue Chicago for breakfast but it was closed and we ended up here at Harvest Jack's. What a great piece of fortune that was because the breakfast we got was top notch! Everything was cooked to perfection and generous portions. This will definitely be our first choice next time.
My breakfast was delicious. The soda bread was crisp and fluffy, and the beans were perfect. Sometimes fry’s can be a bit greasy, but this one felt very clean and light. The omelette was quite large, but was also delicious and fluffy. Harvest Jack’s is a hidden gem.
Such a really nice place for lunch. Good choice at reasonable prices and lovely food. The lentil and bacon soup was delicious. Lorraine looked after us and was so helpful and friendly - a great embassador for the business. We'll definitely be back.
Been coming here with my grandmother now for a couple of years and the food, service and atmosphere is second to none. My grandmother often has difficulty going to cafés and restaurants due to a lack of selections for coeliacs but this place is just overflowing with options for her. Not to mention the staff are as welcoming as can be and you can definitely have a laugh with them. All in all absolutely outstanding and you’re missing out if you don’t give it a try.
I had a day off today and decided to treat myself to breakfast. First time here and will definitely be back. The service was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much bother. I ordered the small fry, which really was not what I would call small! Soda bread, potato bread, sausage, bacon, egg, beans, mushroom, black pudding and tomato! I don't eat sausages or black pudding and it was no bother to exchange these for an extra piece of bread and bacon. Including a pot of tea and glass of cold water (it was a scorcher today), all for £9.50!
We called in for a snack lunch whilst shopping nearby. A real discovery - excellent food and wonderful, friendly service in a very relaxed space. Highly recommended.
Stopped there for breakfast . I ordered an omelette and it was delicious. Freshly ground coffee was refreshing too . I also tried a coffee cake which was spongy and fresh with a nice coffee flavour baked by the staff. Customer service , spot on , staff very kind and polite. There is enough room for thirty or forty people. Outside there are plenty of parking places. I really can recommend this place.
Large Fry and drink was only £10.40 and considering all the other places I’ve had to pay more for just the fry itself it’s an amazing price. Staff were welcoming and friendly and food was quick. I’ll be back soon and I recommend 110%
